Terms of Service & Pilot Agreement

Effective Date: September 30, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the WrappedOps website and participation in the WrappedOps pilot program. By visiting our site or enrolling in a pilot, you agree to these terms.

1. Pilot Scope & Onboarding

WrappedOps is currently in development and onboarding its first pilot partners in Metro Vancouver. A pilot includes:

Configuration of an automated WhatsApp intake channel for your business.
Custom qualification questions matching your operational guidelines.
Delivery of confirmed appointment details or dispatch requests to your team (and to Google or Outlook Calendar where configured). Integration scope is agreed per pilot.

2. Pilot Pricing & Retainer

The standard pilot offer consists of:

First Month: $350 CAD one-time pilot setup and 30-day trial period.
Ongoing Retainer: $650 to $750 CAD per month following the completion of the 30-day pilot, should you elect to continue. There is no long-term contract requirement; the service may be cancelled prior to monthly renewal.

3. Pilot Refund Guarantee

Pilot Guarantee Rule: If the pilot month doesn't produce at least one booked after-hours appointment, we refund the $350.

To qualify for the refund, the partner must maintain the WhatsApp channel active during the 30-day pilot and route incoming after-hours inquiries through the intake layer. If zero appointments or dispatches are booked during that period, the full $350 CAD pilot fee will be refunded upon written request within 7 business days following the end of the pilot.

4. Administrative & Non-Clinical Nature

WrappedOps is an administrative intake tool designed to collect inquiry details, schedule consultations, and route urgent requests. WrappedOps does not provide medical, dental, legal, or professional diagnosis, prescription, or clinical advice. All customer communications are purely administrative.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WrappedOps and its operators are not liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or damages arising out of software interruptions, network downtime, or messaging delays. Pilot services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during active development.
