- Health and Insurance Details (Clinic Flows): When interacting with clinic or healthcare intake channels, prospective patients may voluntarily submit requested treatment types, symptom descriptions, and insurance policy details for administrative pre-screening.
- Communication History: The timestamps and text content of WhatsApp messages sent to and received from the automated channel.
2. Why It Is Collected
Data collected through our intake channels is used strictly to:
- Qualify and route inquiries to the appropriate business team or on-call staff.
